My tank is over 6 years old with some of the rock hitting 18 years old. What are your thoughts on adding some Brightwell Aquatics MicrōBacter7. Does this help an old tank stay running better. I just wonder how my bacteria levels in the tank are after all these years.
Note this is a skimmerless 375 gallon SPS reef.

Thoughts?

Are all your water parameters okay? If so everything should be okay as is. Your benificial bacteria is not going to go away without destroying it with some sort of chemical. Your tank should have more than enough. Let us know what your water test reveal and we can help more.

No, .. you should be fine.

PLEASE, tell us more about your tank!!!!! 6 years old .. and no skimmer... I want to know lots more. Recent and old pictures if you are willing. I am really hungry for this information. Do you have a tank thread? Tell me about your water change history, too please!

I absolutely want to learn more about your tank maintenance methods. (I'm an "out of the box" thinker, am always "rocking the boat" to find ways to improve this hobby, so "bring it"... wink.)

Thank you!
