Olive color blob

During my inspection of my frag tank, I noticed a few olive color blobs, sorta like large, uninformed bubbles. I tried my best to take pictures but the video seems to be a bit more clear.

It's clearly not the bubble algae or cyano I've seen before. Any idea what it is? In the pictures/videos, they are flanking my green slimer acro.

It's on the tip of my tongue! I know I've seen this but I can't remember. I would siphon it out. #reefsquad
 
Really hard to tell in those pictures. Are they hard or soft? How long have they been there?
My first impression is that they look like pocillopora coral implants. (if they're hard.)
If soft, maybe some kind of macroalgae.
Really need a better closeup pic.
 
Its soft and once I pick it up, it no longer is a full bubble but has a cellulous consistency.
