pls share your experience with us.. just bought the Stylus Tough 6000... I'll be testing this tonight... we had the Fuji underwater but ended up returning it as we didn't like the pics it took esp when it's dark... hopefully, the Stylus will be a better all around camera... :)

looking forward to seeing some pics... :)

We had one and it's was a great little camera until it got stolen. We have a brand new underwater housing if your interested.

I have 2 of the older versions... 850SW & 1050SW. Both are worth more than what i paid! Nice cameras.

I had one until it leaked. I hope you purchased the warranty just in case.

I had one that leakead as well. Make sure when you close the doors on the camera that there is nothing on the seals. I had a warranty and got the newest tough, I think its an 8000. I plan on sticking it into my tank and taking underwater pics with it  I will post them as soon as I do.

Aloha Corals, your pics are awesome!!!

Joe

very very nice guys... thanks for sharing... I'm feeling more confident now about the purchase... tonight, the camera will get wet... ;)

well, I got the camera wet tonight... ;)

pics were taken under "UnderWater Macro (the one with the "Nemo" pic)" or "UnderWater Wide1 (the one with the Barracuda pic)" modes... dunno really which is which... I'll let the pics speak for themselves... I included a variety of corals for your viewing pleasure... enjoy!!! :)

Very Nice Marv!
How close did you get to the corals, and did you use the flash? Thanks.

Thanks Rev... I think you will like it when you get one... for the pic quality I get, I'm quite impressed for a small camera... I also took pics of Evin and his cousin and they turned out pretty good too...

How are you guys getting such clear pictures? Underwater tri pods!?
just point and shoot Rob... the camera does the work... just try not to shake the camera when you press the shutter... best thing to do is use the timer... :)

What in the world is this Rik!?!?!?!?!?

Octo @ the National Zoo. My buddy runs the invert house and I get to take the kids back there to feed the Octo, pacific anemonies and play in the youch tank.

+1 and if possible I rest my hand or arms on the tank rim.

Wow, impressive pics! How much does one of these cameras cost? Just curious ...
