I just have to give a quick shout out to omega corals. Back on December 13 I placed an order for about $350 worth of coral. I requested that it not be shipped until after Christmas. Well unfortunately this past week I had a massive coral die off, and it would have been foolish to add more coral before figuring out what went wrong.
Regretfully, I emailed them asking for the order to be cancelled. I was expecting some sort of pushback or hostility, but not only did they cancel the order and send the refund immediately, they offered to help figure out what went wrong. That is great service!
