Were you searching under the skimmer name or the pump name?

It looks like the pumps are Sicce so I would start there if you haven't. It looks like there are various needle wheel Sicce impellers available but I couldn't tell you which one will fit that skimmer.

Call vertex USA I was able to buy replacement pump from them for my 180i.
