No, no antibiotics unless needed. These have been here over a month. They are fed and actively eating every day or every 2 days, they all have tight closed mouths, and are super sticky, so there is no need to treat with antibiotics. I go to Indonesia and hand pick every one along with all our coral colonies--every 1-2 months, and our supplier there has a great system with tons of flow and light and they are fed and kept there for two weeks before they ship to us.
