What is growing on my snail's shell?

Looks like some sort of macro algae. You can take the snail out and brush it off with a toothbrush.

Look like hydroids.

I have a few of these Satellite dishes on my snails. It's some kind of algae . I think they are cool looking .

No just remove the snail and clean the shell;)
I'll do that, as soon as I find this sucker! It hid as soon as I posted the question on the forum. Isn't it crazy that I was gone just for a week and I came back to stuff like hydroids, hair algae and some bubble algae? Ehh.. life..

My daughter thought that they were hydroids so she put the snail shell in freshwater but not the snail.
