I was looking around my tank on the outside for like 30mins..... jeez haha

Thank you ! Yeah I work at a LFS and after we got him in I was like there's no way hes going home with anyone else :D

lol. yeah ive always thought they were georgeous, i was always too afraid too with the poision fangs and all lol

Gorgeous fish

No not that poisonous at all. The poison is used to bite the inside of a predators mouth so they will spit him out. More like a bee sting really.

Hiding.....Mine used to do that all the time, he would even sleep vertically tucked in the corner of the tank, or on top hiding in the trim of the tank. I had mine for 2 years with an Open top, then about 2 months ago I had noticed him missing. Found him looking like fish Jerky behind the tank :( was one of my favorite fish too.

Always thought they were nice looking fish, but never considered them due to being poisonous. What's their temperment like, peaceful?
Good info, thanks!
