On my rock for 6 months now

Hasn't gotten bigger, hasn't gotten smaller. Changed my lighting schedule about a week ago and this is the most puffed out it has ever been. Failed on two hammers now, but this guy just lives on. Thoughts on ID?

Almost looks like a hidden cup coral but never seen one florescent green like that...

Does it have a calcium base? Any way to get pic with the polyps not extended?

Looks like it could be a leptastrea. They are an LPS and grow very very slow.

I find things close to it, but nothing that I can say" yeah that's the same" just can't find it. I know the coral is in the gulf of mexico, as rock came from Tampa Bay saltwater.
