46g bowfront. Currently have T5/HO 2 bulb fixture - 1 10,000 daylight and 1 Actinic Blue. Getting my first corals from the Cherry Corals live sale on Thursday. They are all LPS and I think that is going to be my focus. Thinking about upgrading the lighting at some point.
1. Should I add an additional 2 bulb fixture?
2. Should I replace with a 4 bulb fixture?
3. Should I add an LED fixture?
4. Should I completely replace with LEDs?

I think you should add more lighting for LPS, but it will depend on the species.

If you can, i would replace with a single fixture for consistency and ease (less messy too, i hate wires).

The type of lighting is up to you but T5s grow everything great so i think its a very good choice.

I have a 180g reef and use a Nova Extreme Pro 12 bulb fixture. I do not think much of it. I am going to go back to MH lights. Dont get me wrong t5s are alright but I have SPS and it needs more light. Make sure you get the type of bulbs for what you want to grow. It makes a difference.

Good luck and happy reefn
