One overflow hardly getting water

Hello, I just had a 220g installed today. After the installation I saw that one of my overflows is hardly getting any water while the other overflow is getting too much. How should I fix this?

Simply, if u can, trim egde of one overflow, making it slightly lower...

Or, adjust valves on that end so that less water can go trough, to raise it enough in tank that second overflow get more water.....
