One side of tank does not touch the table

One corner of my new Jbj 15 gallon cube does not touch the stand it’s on, which is completely flat. Wondering if this is a safety issue or if anyone can give some insight! Thanks! One pic is the bad side and another is the other corner.

I would personally put in a claim and return it.

If you shim it, it may work or it may not. Regardless of outcome, you will always be waiting for it to fail. If it does fail, it will happen when the time is most inconvenient.
