One spot fox face Rabbit fish very sick

Fish is very ill as a brown spot on his back has been very lethargic and is sitting at the very top of the tank by the the mechanicals does anybody have any idea what this is? I suspect it might be velvet but I’m hoping it isn’t. Is is there alternative to Copper treatment that will not affect the invertebrates?

Do you have other fish which are acting normal? I ask as I'm wondering about your oxygen levels with the fish hanging around the surface. Possibly you need to increase surface agitation if the FF is lacking oxygen. Try turning the return nozzle up to break the surface.

I have other fish were acting on it is just that one fish

In the meantime, try to post a clear pic without blue lights. The whiter the better.
