I want to find a online store that has everything I want. Coral, Fish, Cleaner Crew, Shrimp, and Clams.

I ordered from https://www.aquariumcreationsonline.net/index.html and I have to say it shows EVERYTHING I want $1000 worth of stuff I ordered. But they DONT answer their phone or emails! I am about to get a hold of Paypal and cancel and get my money back. I would like to get everything all in one place if possible, I thought that would be the easiest so I can do all the work in one day at same time. Want a place I can get help and just jump online and click order pay and in a few days have what I ordered. I am in Stockton, CA and I guess I could drive somewhere but I am an online guy, ebay, amazon and safeway are my thing. Im sure there are a million online places but ONE I would like to support companies that support clubs.

Is there a company that wants all of my business? Is there such a place? Any advice?

I don’t think that such a company exists. I order from 3-4 different places for equipment depending on who is having specials and what I’m buying. A LOT of stuff you can also source far cheaper yourself (carbon, GFO, etc) from the manufacture rather than pay 10x the price for the exact same stuff at a hobby store. I have a large overall system so I buy stuff I can like salt by the skid at a wholesale price.

There are also 2-3 places that have the best quality fish (as far as I can tell), and 2-3 that generally have an awesome selection of corals.

I haven’t yet seen 1 place that’s has everything.

No its definitely not a scam why would it be?

There is no such thing as the 'Home Depot' for any Hobby, why would aquarium and reefs be any different. I can promise you even Home Depot has very little commercial or contractor specialty tools or equipment and they have 120,000 square foot stores.

Honestly its not that hard to go online and search from the comfort of your home computer; please don't take offense to this but if your too lazy to do that, then maybe this isn't the hobby for you? Again, that's not intended to be offensive, but how much easier can a Google search and next day air delivery to your house get.

I did search LONG before I came here as stated in first email. Got scammed so I thought I would ask before ordering again. I will also be more careful on what I ask here so that people dont think I am lazy. I have seen many post saying they are a scam. NO one answers the phone I have tried different hours through out a few days. No emails back when they state they will reply back in 24 to 48 hours. No offense taken, I will just look else where for answers. I have spent over $1000 just to fly and stay a couple days to Vegas to MACNA, plan on spending a couple grand on coral while there. I wonder if they will find my question lazy?

I've never used that specific site so I can't comment on their customer service... have you received your shipment? I have seen them around for a while, so I would assume if they were scamming they would have been shut down or sued by this point.

All I am saying is there is no store in anything that has 100% everything. It's just not a viable business model to stock every single thing. You can find pretty much everything with 2-3 good stores though and I know a lot of stores if you email them and give them a stock list on exactly what your looking for, in a week or two they can have it ordered in from their suppliers and ready or you. That's about as one-stop shop as you can get.

I spent about $1000, no emails, no return calls for over a week. Paypal even got back to be with in hours refunding money and said they have had many complaints about them. They DID have everything in Fish and a few nice corals which is why it cost so much. Someone was nice enough to offer 2 suggestions on sites with good fish and my basket is over what I spent on the other site cause they have a great selection. Suggestions is what I asked for and they came through. Bonded pair of clown $399.99 they look great as long as they are healthy when they get here then I will spend my money there. Thank you for your comments after searching all night last night falling asleep at my computer from looking. One member took the lazy way and posted 2 sites to check out. Perfect reply..
