One system or two??

So, I am geeting ready to set up 2 tanks (150g and 75g). The 150g will be the main display tank and the 75g will be the frag tank.

I can either run them both off the same system or run them off separate systems. I have a closet big enough to hold a 75g sump, so that space has few limitations.

Obviously there is cost savings running both tanks into the same sump system. But I want to hear from the masses. What are the pros and cons of this dilemma as you see it? Thank you for your help.

I heard that! Thats why i have a 35g sump ready for the frag tank. Just wondering if i was missing something. Thanks!
