I have 2 Versa pumps, which are attached to my stand right next to each other. I use these 2 for water changes, I run them 5ml/min, with a max dose of about 2000ml a day in my IM 25g lagoon.

I have struggled with this even when I was running big water changes of 3-4 gallons on Sundays. I have calibrated them numerous times. (50ml in 1 min.) One is always 49-50ml. The other is usually 55-56ml. Even though I correctly enter the amount dosed in Mobius, it is still running faster than the other Versa. I used a sharpee and marked the arms with a black dot, and you can eyeball the fact that one is still dosing more than the other. Even after calibration.

I'm at a loss here. I've had these since January, anyone else have any issues with theirs? I think the next thing is a call to EcoTech.

Sorry for your issues. I have been checking to see if these guys where in stock weekly and said screw it and got another komer X1. Guess I dodged a bullet there. You pump is not off that bad for AwC but for dosing 2 part being that off could nuke a tank. Good luck brother

I contacted EcoTech today, reset both pumps. Re-calibrated. Took a beaker on the end of both pumps and turned them on through Fusion, 1 min one dumped 8ml, the other 5ml.

It's not good. I really started to notice this once i Was doing daily changes because I was using more ATO water, and my salinity had dropped a bit after being 1.024-1.025 for months on a Hanna. I was just adding saltwater when it was low on Sunday after the water change - now I understand why.

So is EcoTech recommending you send them in for service?

Yes. Already sent them all the info.
I have a couple that are very noisy. I've also noticed that when using them for AWC, that my salinity drifts up or down on me depending on which pump is off. I need to open a service call with them to get them in for service.
