One Year In

Got into the hobby a little over a year ago, added my very first fish (a percula clown pair) at the beginning of July 2021. Thought I would share the one year update on my reef tank and see what you all think.

Wow!! That's amazing and I love all the coralline! I'm near one year in as well but absolutely zero coralline. I've had a couple frags come with coralline so I hoped that would seed my tank but I think I will try dosing some.

Thanks, I'm pretty happy with how the coraline has come along. Battle through a rough algae and cyano phase, but fortunately got through it without too much difficulty.

Yes, kind of nice to now be on a regular schedule to where the tank seems to mostly cruise on it's own without too much interference.

Only a 55 gallon, so I can't have the tangs I would like to try. There is a juvenile flame tomini tang in there who is doing fine. May have to re-home him eventually, we'll see.

Looks nice. As others have stated, I'm impressed with the coraline
