Okay I’ve been having problems getting water for ato from the basement to the first floor sump. When I spoke with Neptune support they suggested adding a pressurized tank to my RO/di reservoir in the basement with silonoid valve and fmm module programmed to apex. I’m afraid I’m not this tech saving yet to figure out how to do this. Can anyone help? Thanks

You could just find a stronger pump. The ATK's PMUP is only rated for 14 feet maximum head pressure. You could replace that with a peristaltic pump or other type of pump.

Do you have any Apex modules in the basement? This will have an impact on possible solutions. Please describe what you currently have set up, and I'll see what I can come up with.

I have a wxm module in the basement. Currently I have a master flex peristaltic pump next to my upstairs 90 gal line from my reserviour in the basement to the sump. The master flex is connect before the line coming from the basement enter the sensors in the sump. The master flex is plug to the energy bar #4 and the apex ato is programmed as follows:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Sw1 OPEN Then ON
Defer 000:04 Then ON
Defer 000:10 Then OFF
Min Time 060:00 Then OFF
If Sw2 CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 029:00 Then OFF
The program is the master flex does not turn off and off according to the level of the water over the sensors. I can manually turn the master flex on with the apex and it will run until I turn it off no matter what the level of the sump is.
