Ongoing parasite/disease

I understand in this photo it is hard to see, as it is a small fish and very hard to get a good photo… but if you can see by it’s midsection it has…. Something. I’ve been told it’s ich, treating for it too. I’m also not quite sure as it was getting better and now is much more noticeable. There’s two clowns in the tank and are starting to show the “white dots” too. Although on this goby specifically they are a bit bigger and elongated. Goby has had it for roughly 2 weeks… clowns showing signs 2-3 day ago. Anyone have a confident diagnosis?
