If you were to buy online coral who would you recommend for buying clean pest free coral?

I always check local reefers first. Either on the livestock forum on here or other local groups. Better prices, health and no shipping.

Tidal Gardens is the best around I've seen. I've NEVER had an issue with anything from there. But I'd still dip anything I got. I use coral RX.

I would recommend Adam of Battlecorals. His “Battleboxes” are discounted about 60% and are a great deal. They are his pick but he asks for your guidelines and tries hard to meet them.

I live in Orlando and Top Shelf Aquatics has good stuff. I can get there stuff at the store and have and I like there stuff.

If you're super concerned about pests, you should just be in the habit of dipping your corals regardless of source. No matter how good someone is and how much care they take, there's always the chance that something will sneak through.

Having said that, I've had good experiences from most online vendors. My personal favorites:

• TCK Corals

There are others that have good reputations, but those are the ones that I have used and can recommend from my own experiences.
