What is everyone’s experience with Reeftopia?
Unfortunately, 2 things I purchased were not in my box that arrived Friday. They were even on the paper they provide with what was supposed to be in the delivered package.
One of the fish arrived dead. I was so sad to see that.
Then one of the zoas that arrived looks to be covered in some sort of algae or bryopsis. I dipped the coral in CoralRx and the next day dipped in hydrogen peroxide to see if it would help. Still looks horrible. I attached pictures of the zoas and what I was able to pull off of it. Can you identify what type of algae this is?
I emailed them the moment I opened the package and saw all this. They apologized and said they would ship out the 2 missing items, but didn’t mention anything about the dead fish and zoas. Is this their typical service?
