this was me the day before halloween lol. I was wearing glasses. I dropped a rock and the splash went under the glasses and into me eye. I washed it right away and drank some benadryl and this was the morning after.

Happened to me once a few years back except my vision went hazy and I was practically blind. My wife rushed me to the optometrist and they have me an antibiotic. Thankfully, it cleared up the next day but it was a scary experience.
