Oops with Fritz Glass Cleaner

I’ve been using the Fritz glass cleaner for about two years. Amazing stuff. I cleaned my glass about 2 hours ago and I must have sprayed from just a bit too far. It hit the glass but I saw a fine mist go out above the tank. It’s been two hours and everything seems happy. Do you think I’m in the clear? I use ClearFX Pro which does contain carbon on a regular basis so that is already in the system. I’m not sure how I managed to spray like that, I use it all the time. My OCD is kicking in and I just need reassurance. Thanks.
