My fish has been in quarantine for 64 days now due to ich in my display. Everything seems to be going good, copper treatment has been done for 34 days today. I've been away for a few weeks and I got home a week ago and didn't realize I've been using the same stuff between the two tanks as far as brushes to clean glass and a saline syringe I use for testing water. So the question at hand is, if I've been doing this for a week and no ich has shown back up do you think it is gone?

I can tell you from experience that if you've been sharing things between tanks it's almost a guarantee that it will return. This has happened to me twice and the only thing being shared was mostly my arm and a water changing hose once.

+1 I would assume cross contamination has occurred and treat again for 30 days. Sorry :(
