I drilled my 1" bulkheads and 3/4" bulkheads with the same size holesaw. Is their another solution besides moving the tank back 4" and trying again with the correct size? My return lines that are inside my overflow are leaking out the bottom here.

Is the one that’s meant to be 3/4 an 1” or vise versa?

I got it figured out. Im gonna jigsaw away the wood so the bulkheads meet up with the acrylic. I used 1"holesaw on my plywood but tank has 1" and 3/4" bulkheads. Basically i drilled some holes too big. Lol

Drill a hole in wood the correct size. Clamp the wood as a guide with the hole centered over the wrong size smaller hole. Use the wood to guide the hole saw and make the correct size hole.

I made wrong size bigger holes. Im gonna jigsaw essentially a large porthole so the bulkhead tightens down the acrylic bottom of the dt and not the 1/2" sheet of plywood its sitting on. Lol. Idk why i didnt do that to begin with. Sorry i deleted the picture when i tried to delete the thread. Lol
