Let me play Sherlock Holmes, there are some clues, but no explenation from your side.
Water looks milky
It could be due to :
  • pouring milk into the tank
  • adding dry, un-rinsed sand
  • bacterial bloom
I doubt you spilled milk into your tank, but if so I wouldnt cry over it.
Tank looks established-there are snails, clips for feeding Nori to ?Tangs
So my conclusion is that either some inhabitant died in your tank or you were overfeeding your fish and now you have bacrerial bloom.
I would maintain good aeration with skimmer and/or airstone, find dead animal if it's the cause, decrease feeding, use UV sterilizer.
Elementary :winking-face:

Snail spawn ??
