i decided to add to my aquascape to fill in some nagging empty space. i like to have a good amount of sand visible at the bottom so i ended up with this. Thoughts, opinions, blah blah blah. roll tide. pictures suck due to iphone and makers mark

i had to silicone it to the back wall so if anyone doesnt like it better keep it to yourself...haha just kidding...no seriously

its surprisingly hard to aquascape a smaller tank, its only a 45. im not sure i like it more than the old but not less either....but it is different

i liked it before as well as I like my sticks to do the upward growth. If its a softy and lps tank i think it is really cool though. maybe put some NPS corals under the arch.

its kind of misleading in the picture, there really is no arch, all the white stuff is marco rocks prime cuts so its only 1.5inches deep. and glued to the back glass. so as it goes down it tapers out towards the front. i didnt change the old stuff at all this just went behind/above it.

I kinda liked it the way it was before too... It can be hard choosing but you could try and make it 2 higher columns with nothing connecting them.
If you like it then nothing else matters... right?

Cool. I would try and slope the top rocks a little more so that I could attach acros there....but cool as is :)
