Hello. Can I get some opinions on my aquascape? 2 pics attached. Is this going to work for corals? I've got this nagging feeling that the vertical tall rock is just not going to work. Could I place corals on it sideways? If so, what type of corals do you think would look good there? Is the shadow going to be a problem? I liked it at first; now worried. And it's already cemented, so taking it out is not going to be easy. But if I'm going to change it, need to do it soon before I add water. Thanks

Aqua scape looks good I would probably put some montipora on the area that’s going to be shadowed anyways since they grow long and tall also putting some sps sticks on the side isn’t a problem in the least if your wanting to go euphellia you can put those on their since as well I wouldn’t recommend mushrooms on the side cause it could cause odd growing patterns

cyphastrea, gsp, low light encrusting.

option if you have room.. roll it 90 degrees so the bottom is at the back.

that vertical area will limit what you can do, possibly, but you could attach an encrusting coral on there, or a leather. there will things that you can do to use up area, but it will be somewhat limited. but, there are some spots on it, from what i can see, that you can add other branching type of sps toward the bottom of that piece

Thank you all for the replies. I decided to leave it as is. I have water in the tank now, the top of that rocks comes slightly above the surface. Oh well, it looks pretty good.
