Opinion On These Lights

I am a T5 noob and I want to use 2 x T5's Super BLue Actinics with a 250W MH 12k Reflux for my frag tank. What are 460nm bulbs? Are they the super blue?

i would stick with the tek retro kits. Much better reflectors.
