The product description is vague as there are many different 3W LEDs and Why was it used for only three days???
I would see it over a tank first. There are a few Cheap Fixtures out there that got the look right but the quality is represented by the price.

Hard to tell from that listing, but those look like bridgelux LEDs from the lenses. Definitely not Crees. The pattern is strange to me. It looks to me like something bought off of eBay. I'd get more information.

From what you can see, and the description it sort of all says "home brew" LED kit to me.
The same kit from Aquastyles would be about $125 + shipping. So if you are willing to gamble a bit, maybe offer $75 and see what happens.
