I've been using the Red Sea Reef Colors and Energy line on my 14 gallon LPS nano for about three months now. I can't see the use in using their foundation line. They're fairly expensive. I use the bulk reef supply recipes and they work just fine. Anyway, so far things seem to be doing well, though I'm debating whether the reef colors and energy additions are worth the cash. Things aren't much more colorful than they were before. The growth rate has picked up slightly but nothing amazing. Anyone else have any experiences with these? Any thoughts?

I also just over the past two weeks weaned my tank off zeoStart as a carbon source and started using NO3PO4X. While the NO3 and PO4 levels have remained relatively stable, I'm dealing with a red slime outbreak. The NO3PO4X smells of some kind of alcohol while the zeoStart smells of vinegar. Anyone else have a red slime outbreak when switching carbon sources?

Sorry to say I have no experience with these products but wanted to bump this thread for those that may. :)

I would think more people would be using this stuff or at least have tried it.

I use their salt and like it but that's about it. I've not tried any of their other products.

I the nopox and swear by it , i did notice after a while that the reef energy does help maintain bright colors but I only dose the energy every couple days .
