What about a tilefish? Idk if you have any experience with them or not?

Depends on the type but overall they are pretty tricky to keep. They are pretty fragile and are prone to being bullied by clowns or tangs. They are pretty finicky and excellent jumpers. Honestly I wouldn't recommend it based on your current stocking plan.
