Opinions on fish list

Stocking list for 125 gallon, would like to add corals later too.

Blue spotted jawfish
Firefish helfrichi
Orange banded prawn goby
Orangeback fairy wrasse
Scott's fairy wrasse
Foxface(not sure which yet)
2 clownfish
Tang or 2(suggestions welcomed)
Anthias(not sure on these)

I just bought a 125 long yesterday and I am working on my stocking list too.
Blue spotted jawfish
Maroon lightning clownfish pair
Midas blenny
Flame Fairy wrasse
Purple Tang

Blue spotted jawfish look so awesome, but unfortunately aren't meant in water as warm as our tanks. They typically don't survive too long in a reef tank. Just my 2¢

As for tangs, a yellow tang and a kole tang would be great additions

Scott's Fairy Wrasses can be pretty grumpy as they mature. I would recommend swapping one with an Exquisite Fairy Wrasse as they have a somewhat similar look but are much better community fish in the long run (and a bit cheaper to buy as well):

Love the list..I want a Yellow Tang...but LFS owner told me they get to big for a 75-125 Reef tank...but still want one.

I'm big on the naso and blonde naso. Theyve always treated me well and are probably the most docile tangs that I've experience. I think it would be best tang wise to tell us what 2 you like and get feedback. They do best added at the same time and if they are of different type. Theres 3 main groups that are readily available: acanthurus, paracanthurus, and zebrasoma.

Doesn't the naso get huge?

I also agree that Genus Naso get huge. I would avoid large fish in a 125. No Naso, avoid Sailfins, Chevron, Scopa...
I would stick with smaller tangs like Kole, Yellow, Purple, White tail, Flame fin and others smaller ones

They get big, but can be easily found at a reasonable size for at least a few years. That pic was in my 125 and they are loving life. I do plan on going bigger though in the future

As @OrionN Said, if you plan on staying with the 125 for the long haul, I'd tend towards those suggestions. It is common to find the smaller individuals in smaller than recommended tanks for a while

Powder blue is a nice but aggressive fish, should go in last. This is about the largest tang that I would put in a 125. I always like Purple and Yellow. These are the three tangs I have in my 320, which is "slightly larger" than your's. I do plan to keep my fish for life, not to re-home them when they get larger.

Get a lot of Fairy and Flasher and forgo the anthias. With patient, and a little money you can get a nice collection of wrasses. Make sure you get a tight cover.
Of course you have to consider a male Mandarin.

Gorgeous fish! Would love to see more pictures of your tank! Do mandarins only eat copepods?
