Opinions on Hydor Koralia pump

getting one of these with controller in a package deal from a local reefer. Im also getting an RO/DI with it. Anyways im essentially getting the pump and controller for $50 it is used but any experience with these pumps and how did they workout.

I'm a big fan of my Hydor powerheads so I thought I'd give some of the pumps a try. I've purchased 3 of the nano ones and they're all awful. The first one died after 6 months or so, the next one pushes out less than one of the $6 80GPH pumps. The caveat is that I picked them all up from Amazon's used section so that could be the issue.

Ive got a smaller tank so hopefully that wont be a problem

Mine started running backwards after a few months. There grate if your not using as a wave maker. Went through two sets before I moved on.
