Hi all, I have a nano tank (10g) and am new to reef specific supplements since I previously didn't have enough demanding corals to merit anything other than replenishing nutrients through water changes. I now have a few more corals and wanted to start supplementing with something simple (all-in-one type solution) to see if growth increases.

I recently got some Polyplab One on a discount and am wondering on any problems you have encountered with it, advice, etc. I don't have a doser either, so it will probably be dosed by hand....

Some tank info:
Current salt I use is the Red Sea coral pro salt, maintaining a target of 1.025 SG. Corals in the tank are mainly LPS, but slowly adding more SPS. The SPS in there right now are also 'beginner' SPS, mainly birdsnests and monti caps. There is one acro frag in there that initially bleached near the bottom but has colored up very nicely since (bleached part still dead though). I have a Ca/Ma/kH test kit on the way as well, but honestly don't know the current levels - this is basically my first dive into the chemistry past pH and cycling :D

I scored a free bottle and tried it on my IM10 Fusion. No issues with it along with no real noticeable differences in growth either. Personally with that size tank I found a simple 2-4 gallon water change every other week will suffice with a heavily stocked mixed tank. You may want to test and verify the parameter levels before dosing anything.

Yep, plan is to test the tank levels right before a water change which would be theoretically the most nutrient depleted the tank would be. May or may not dose depending on that. Other params I can test (nitrates/phos) are low enough that I could think of extending the time between water changes to 2 weeks and maybe then would need to supplement, but probably not the best method to turn the maintenance down a notch.
