Ops i did it again

All the fish have gone through quarantine after I had ich twice in the tank. The last fish, which was added about a month ago, did not. I got a bit frustrated as three fish died in quarantine, so I took a chance. Now I see it scratching its head/side against the sand (sideways), not sure why, but it opens its mouth as wide as it can when other fish come near. Since this is a diamond goby, it's impossible to tell if it has ich—its fins look fine, and I don't see anything on the other fish (at least not yet). Any suggestions? Should I remove all the fish or just the diamond goby? Copper or another treatment?

In quarantine, what did you medicate and for how long?
If you used coppersafe, you wanted to follow up with PraziPro with two applications. The suspect is flukes but need more info and even a video under white lighting. Some signs of flukes are scratching, increased breathing, loss of appetite, loss of color and even hiding

all the fish went in qt except dimond watchman gobby. had them there for 8 weeks. only gobby that wasn't in qt was put in about a month ago or something. the other fish have been there for around 6 months. In the past all the fish had ich, thats way they ended up in qt. Tank was fallow for 72 days. I used kopper

The yawning of the goby isn’t a symptom of ich, sounds more like gill flukes. Of course, Fish can have both ich and flukes at the same time, but if you aren’t seeing pinhead sized white spots on the fish’s fins or skin, it isn’t ich.

Flukes can be treated in your display with prazipro. Let me know if you want to try that and I’ll give you the instructions for going that.

I've seen gobies open their mouth wide to intimidate other fish. If it's only doing that when other fish are near it may be a behavior rather than a symptom.

can I treat the fish(s) directly in the aquarium (has a lot of corals) in that case I think there is more upside and less downside. I see that fish eat a lot, but I think the body is a bit too thin compared to the head. the other fish should be on a diet in comparison.

As @exnisstech said, if it only yawns when other fish are nearby, then that is more likely territorial aggression. However, the scratching is more likely a sign of skin irritation, and that is often caused by flukes.

I see that you are in Norway. You most likely cannot get the medication that we use in the US - Prazipro. Can you get Dactymor from Aquarium Munster in the Netherlands? eSHa gdex also has praziquantel in it, so does Tremazol.

O.K., here is the instructions for Prazipro:

Dose it as per the label directions for the actual tank volume. If you don't know the tank's actual volume, use its rated volume, but deduct about 15% of that to account for any rock/sand displacement, and then add in the volume of any sumps. Be sure to have GOOD aeration in the tank, not just circulation, but actual bubbles breaking the surface of the water. Continue to run any skimmers, but don't collect the skimmate. Remove any chemical filtrants like carbon. Then, after 8 days, do a 25% water change a dose a second time.

Yes - some corals and clams may temporarily contract, but it won’t kill them outright.
