Op's on clorella flake?

So I found a jar of Clorella flake in the icebox. Been there over a year. Didn't even remove the seal. So I'm adding this to my fish mix to add more greens . Is this decent flake food? Thanks

After some research, this stuff is good for Ya . I was just wondering if it was just another green algae flake . I'll keep adding to the fish food.

Just another algae food. Perfectly fine to add to the mix.
