Hey Everyone,
I wanted some input on how to best set up my power heads for the best flow in my tank. I recently was gifted 2 Maxpect Gyre 230's which I have on opposite ends of the tank towards the top. I have 2 MP40's which I have placed on opposite ends of the tank at the bottom back corners and 1 MP10 which is on the back glass. I have the MP40's on anti synch at 40% on reef crest mode. The gyres are set up at 100% Max on random mode. The MP10 is 100% Reefcrest mode.
I currently am in the process of removing sand, so amount of flow is no problem there. My tank is SPS dominant with some LPS scattered here and there.
Any advice or opinions are welcomed. Thank you.
