Planning an upgrade in conjunction with a move, and wondering what my options are. I'm looking to order a 120 locally. The Critter is (IMO) overpriced; Petsmart will only sell a package (with stand, canopy, and light); and Glass Cages isn't an option for a myriad of reasons. Has anyone ordered a tank from Petco? They have a "build your own" online. I'd rather stick with an All-Glass (Aqueon) or similar rather than a house brand. Any other options locally?

Where is local ?
I bought a 125 gal and realized it was too big .
I down sized to a 70 gal but have this huge monster of a tank still to get rid of .
All I have is the tank and stand .
The filter I got with it is too small for a SW set up

"local" in the MTRC forum would be middle Tennessee, although I could drive an hour or two if need be....

Are you wanting something brand new? or would used be an option?

Used concerns me a little bit, as you never know if somebody ahead of you in the chain used it as a fish only tank and ran copper or something. New is preferable as it eliminates a variable for a reef tank.

I ordered my 125 reef ready from pet supplies plus for like 350 or something. No package necessary from them.

I was wanting to buy it from petco during their dollar a gallon sale but they conveniently only sell aquariums up to 75 gallons during that sale.
