Why does most LFS not carry their corals? I noticed its all mostly from Indonesia? I am assuming their bottom line is not satisfactory?

Its too bad, I think some of ORA's coral are quite nice.

Typically the cost or they don't buy for ORA (I consider ORA a premium), they do have the option though. Not sure if ORA has a standard to allow for sale of their products as well. The same goes for BIOTA fish (but you can buy direct from them). At the end of the day if an LFS can buy wholesale at a cheaper rate and do the "frag and flip" for a reduced cost, they need to make money to keep the doors open. So quick cheap sales of maricultured corals typically are what you're going to find.

Because LFS's make most of their money off of people who are in the hobby for a short time - and there's significantly higher margins buying and selling collected stuff than there is aquacultured stuff.
