ORA Orchid Dottyback

I ordered an ORA Orchid Dottyback from Liveaquaria. I’ve had it for about a month now. When I got it, I saw a tiny white dot on the side but didn’t think much about it. Over the last month, it has gotten larger. Does anyone have any idea what this is and how I can treat it?

That appears to be a parasite of some kind, I believe I see antennas

I have him in quarantine now and I am treating for both bacterial and fungal infections.
