Orange algae?

So my fish tank is only one week old today. I bought two all white rocks that were not live rocks and then I bought one live rock(very expensive). I just wanted to know what this orange stuff is on my white rocks. Also I have my lights on complete white I don’t know why it still shows blue but IDK.

Could be diatoms.

+ I would also guess diatoms. Normal to see in a newly set up tank.
