Orange and yellow dots in my cave sand

So I’ve had these little orange and yellow balls growling in one of my caves on the bottom and it was just a tiny spot but it’s moving towards my rock work. I was thinking maybe sponge since it’s not getting any light but it glows under blue light. I couldn’t find my UV penlight so all I have is white light. Otherwise I’ll search for my UV light and get more pics. They are kinda blurry but hopefully someone can help.

Can’t really tell from your pictures but the description and location of them all lead me to believe they’re in fact sponges.
