Orange back Fairy Wrasse gone missing

First day I put him in eating everything the next day can't find him did not jump I have a tight lid do they go in hiding for a while when you first put them in it's been 3 days there are no aggressive fish in the tank 180.

I had the same thing with a green wrasse. Didn’t see him for nearly a month after I added him and then one day he just came out! He’s most likely hiding in a safe place. I wouldn’t worry too much. - Noah
