orange band w/ OP on it?

Since my last almost impossible question Ive gotten a orange badge w OP on it n have no clue of its meaning.I have received one before and my imagination says uh-oh. If Ive made a mistake please inform me or if this means something else how do I find its meaning? Before my last post I searched old threads and posts n am trying to get protocols right n procedures down so I ask? Thank you n again Good morning ALL
