Orange bubble algae or....?

Can anyone help identify this rusty bubble growth? I’ve read a lot of conflicting things (Dino etc.) and not sure what to think. Parameters have been stable since the cycle completed about 4 months ago. This stuff popped up after swapping lights which sits primarily over the live rock pictured.

The bubbles are what throw me because they’re only present where the growth is most dense toward the top.

As quickly as it came, I reckon the hermits and snail took care of it because it’s gone for the most part. I also adjusted a powerhead to get a little more flow in that area.
