Orange dot goby has some sort of parasite?

Can anyone tell me what this is? Round worm? It’s attached to the back side of his fin and it seems like it’s growing bigger fast. Looks like little swirls or circles. He’s still eating I haven’t seen him rub against anything to get it off. What can this be? And what should I do? What do I use

Parasitic worm. First I'd consider dosing in a QT with General Cure. Then, if necessary, consider a bath in a Formalin product. Like Formalin MS or Quick Cure.

Ok, so for a first step, you could consider dosing directly into the main tank with Prazipro first to see if that takes care of the worms. But you need to do heavy aeration (powerhead aimed up actively rippling the surface of the tank water and an airstone would be a good thing) of the tank while dosing. If you have any feather dusters in the tank they may die and you could see some other die off of other worms like bristleworms. Corals may close up a bit. Test for ammonia spikes during the treatment.

I have been seeing firefish have similar looking parasites lately. Have seen them in several lfs and many forum posts.

Parasitic worm or isopod of some sort.

Fw dips or prazi might dislodge it, but manual removal seems like the best bet.
