Orange fireworm or bristle worm?

I have no idea what this is and hope it’s not a fireworm any help is absolutely appreciated

thats a fireworm, you can tell by the size, and a few other factors in this case, the color, and the brislte segments being laterally located and central to nodes on the sides only.

That's a bristleworm. You can tell because... Uh.... it looks like a common bristleworm
 
nothing like a bit of relief followed up by some stress and then back down. Lol good old rollercoaster ride. I mean it’s been in this single rock and is a decent size but I have a 6 line and orchid dottyback so either way it should be somewhat a goner right?
