Today I was dipping and regluing this goniopora frag that I just got when I noticed this orange growth underneath it after I removed it from the plug. I've never seen anything like it. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Sponges like to grow in shaded/ darker areas under rocks and corals so maybe a sponge but will bump this back to the top to get more eyes on it for you
