Orange Label EB8

My orange label EB8 is doing some weird stuff. When I plug the usb into it the green status light starts blinking and the outlets start turning on and off at random. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Might have to delete the outlets from the apex and readd it.
